Presented by Alan McKinnon, Duvet Rustling Jazz is a show with a vinyl focus featuring piles of jazz and stuff that thinks it’s jazz, from the languid and lazy to Sun Ra’s Lanquidity, modal waltzes to filthy funk and private press rarities for your ears, your head and your heart and your feet. Definitely for your feet.

Since falling down a rabbit hole at Glasgow’s legendary Club Sandino in the late 80s, Alan has spent most of the past 30 years unearthing the best jazz you’ve never heard, playing it on radio and live across London and the rest of the UK. No stranger to festival goers across Europe and beyond, Alan has DJed with and for many of the contemporary acts that make up London’s diverse and exciting Jazz scene.

He gets up early so you don’t have to.
