Coastal Breaks, a show for those into deeper music with the main back bone of the show mostly being deep / atmospheric drum and bass from the 90’s or some original liquid dnb from the very early 00’s. With this said, Coastal Breaks will also be focusing on music old and new, with Jazz / Acoustic / Electronic / Downtempo & Chill Out being the other genres that you’re likely to hear.

The show will be about freedom and flow, just like the surf and the sea, hence the name Coastal Breaks.
It’ll be a soundtrack to kick back too. Like the ocean it’ll also be unpredictable, and importantly it’ll be music with depth and soul.

Your host Leon Ricciardi has been dj’ing since 1994 in clubs, bars, pubs and events, playing in various countries around Europe and in Australia. He’s supported many big artists in the drum and bass scene, along with various residencies in Brighton and London.

Leon has also run his own long standing and successful Jazz night “Jazzology”, at the award winning Black Dove bar in Brighton, hosting many hip hop and drum and bass dj’s. Inviting crate diggers down to play their favourite Jazz records.
