Expect to hear 50s – 70’s Jazz, Bebop, Hardbop, Modal, Indo Jazz, Spiritual Jazz to Fusion / Funk influenced Jazz and all that good stuff in between, including many samples you may have heard in Hip Hop and Jungle throughout the years. I also play a little bit of music that’s been influenced by Jazz, mainly mid 90’s Drum & Bass / golden age Hip Hop. In my shows I may also just play a track that fits the mood… from Folk, Acoustic, Folk Rock for example.

Jazzology is also a 100% vinyl night based in Brighton, every last Saturday of the month at the Black Dove ( pre & post Covid ). Notable DJ’s / Crate Diggers that have been guests: Patrick Forge, Ill Treats, DJ Format, Russ Dewbury, Evil Ed, Mac McRaw, Jonny Cuba, Basement Phil, Simon S, Mr Krum, Aroe, Justice, Metro, DJ Manipulate, Lascelle Gordon, Rob Life, DJ Random, DJ Prone, Gary Johnson & Gareth (Mr Bongo).

I’ve been DJ’ing since 1994, at award winning nights in London (Spiritland / Bar Rhumba), many different nights and residencies in Brighton over the years along with playing in various countries around Europe and in Australia… You can also find me playing Jazz records down at the Big Beach Cafe in Brighton over the summer (2021).
