Matty has been a music enthusiast and avid collector since his teenage years.
He was resident DJ and co-creator of the Covent Garden basement party Soul City where he was honoured to share the decks alongside such luminaries as Phil Asher, Benji B, Dave Lee JN, Kev Beadle, Bobby & Steve, Paul ‘Trouble’ Anderson, Atjazz, The Revenge, Spen & Karizma and Mark E amongst numerous talented others.

On the journey that is the Paradise Love Affair, Matty likes to cover many different styles, tempos and genres but likes to keep one foot firmly rooted along the soulful spectrum.

Expect to hear 70s & 80s Soul and Boogie, Jazz-Funk, Balearic, Italo, Neo Soul, Chicago House, New York Garage, Detroit Techno, African & Caribbean Disco, Broken Beat and 2-Step Garage.
