The Urban Allstars have got form, previous you might say. Having purchased their first slab of vinyl over 40 years ago, they are rightly regarded as forefathers of the funk scene in the city of Southend.

Fantastically friendly these egoless Essex boys always come correct. Wether it’s warming up for Craig Charles or literally chilling at the Big Chill, the Urban Allstars bring the party.

As well as rocking the dance they love nothing more than rocking the airwaves. Having enjoyed a series of successful radio shows on various stations they could not be happier about joining the TWR Family. It looks to be the perfect fit.

Expect eclectic, disparate tunes. From the aforementioned funk to hip hop, reggae and even a smattering of house. It’s always going to be top quality. So why not join them.
